Hubby's birthday!

Yesterday we celebrated hubby's birthday!  He took the morning off work and we headed to the Natural Bridge in KY.  What an exhausting hike but so beautiful.  The kids had such a good time and I sure felt my age in my knees....wow.  Such a great day though.
Happy Birthday Babe.  You are truly such a blessing and gift to me and our children.  I am ever so grateful for you.  I love you with every bit of my heart!

Haircut

My girl puts a lot of faith in her mama!!  She has been wanting a change for awhile now, so I've been watching youtube videos to create a layered bob and we just LOVE the way it turned out!!  Such a beautiful young lady.

Zoo

Enjoyed a nice family day out on Friday to the zoo.  It was the first time for our 3 youngest.  What a fun day!

Went on a family field trip yesterday and enjoyed a good hike and some fresh air!

The new look

We have a very handsome young man with a new look!  He was not excited about the thought of glasses but once he got them, he really liked them :)

Lake Michigan

We went to a conference up in Michigan and the kids wanted to go see Lake Michigan!  It was a cold, cold day but they enjoyed running in the sand and we saw a lighthouse in the distance.

We had another birthday!  Our girl turned 4!  She greets me every morning with a huge hug and loves her baby sister.  Her older, almost 6 yr old, sister is her best buddy.  She loves playing with doll babies and star wars characters.  In fact, the other kids had a hoot getting her some stuffed Star Wars figures as her gifts this year (see pic below).  She is a precious girl.  We love you so much!
