Problems

So, first of all my computer started dying on me.  It would just completely die while I was browsing or blogging etc.  This happened a few times and I told hubby what was going on.  Then it just went blank and wouldn't come back on at all!  Hubby was able to revive it one last time and get everything backed up before it completely went kaput.  We are thankful that everything seems to backed up!!  I've lost several of my software packages though including what I was using to do my photography....bummer.  Now I have to figure out a different package to tweak my photos and make them look pretty :)

Then, today we take baby to her 4 month checkup and when we got back, hubby headed to get some work done on the van.  I decided to get some laundry done, and upon opening the laundry room door, there was a flood!!  Then I noticed the carpet was wet, then the downstairs bathroom was flooded and it seeped into the garage where several boxes where soaking up the water.....aaarrrgg.  We have yet to access the box damage.  Not happy!  But on a thankful note....it could have happened while we were down south over the weekend....God is good :)

To update baby's stats....she is a healthy girl!  14 lbs 10 oz and 25 inches long.  She had 3 shots today.

  1. Oh goodness!!!! Do you have any boxes in the basement wet? I pray nothing gets ruined on you. You really didn't need this happening. But God is good,it can always be worse.

Glad to hear our wee girl is healthy and doing well. Did she cry a lot with her needles? Hope you have a better week, next week.
    Love you sweetheart, Mom

  2. So far it looks like any box that was on the floor in the garage is wet. The guys are here installing a new water heater. Tomorrow we will have to tackle the wet boxes.
