Air Force Museum

Warning:  Lots of pics ahead!!!
Mom and Dad are visiting this week so hubby took a couple days off for some fun field trips!  Monday we went and visited the the U.S. Air Force Museum in Dayton, OH which is the world's largest and oldest military aviation museum with more than 360 aircraft on display.  The museum has several Presidential aircraft, including those used by Franklin D. RooseveltHarry Truman, and Dwight D. Eisenhower.  On display are aircrafts from the early years by the Wright Brothers, from WWI, WWII, Korean War, Southeast Asia War, Cold War, as well as missiles and spacecraft.  We had such fun!

  2. That was a fun trip!! Very interesting seeing all the different aircraft over the years, and for different wars. I still can't get over that HUGE black plane. It was a really great place to visit. Glad we were able to see it with you all.

We had a wonderful time visiting. Don't know if I'll play UNO with the kids anymore though. They weren't good to poor Grandma.*smile* Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

    Love each and everyone
