Today a lady from church is coming to pick up a cake for her office staff meeting tomorrow. She wanted just a simple 'school' theme to it. I'm pleased with the overall look....hope she is pleased. Friday we will be having our boy's party....dinosaur theme. Should be fun!
Wow!!!! Alissa what a nice cake. How did you do the apple(icing)? I love the edging. Did you find the design somewhere or was it your own? Is it a white cake? I can hardly wait to see our birthday boys cake.

The apple is red icing. It is so hard coloring icing red (usually just turns out pink) so I had to buy red icing for that part. It is a marble cake with buttercream icing. My hand was ready to cramp by the time I was done!!! I was really pleased with the writing this time. I hope she likes it.
