Railroad tracks, spicy food, any ideas??

Not too much going on here. Kids are getting pretty antsy as is Mommy. Daddy has been out of the house all day with work appointments and such so the kids are 'bored!!'. We are having insurance woes (what else is new right?) Seems like no matter what avenue we take, we are going to pay for this delivery out of pocket. We've talked with 2 insurance brokers so far and unless the Lord decides to see fit to bring this little girl into the world 15 days early....she's gonna be an expensive little cookie (but oh- so- precious *smile*) The most important thing is that she is healthy. God knew what our circumstances were going to be before she was even conceived, so for us it is going to be a walk of faith!! I know we don't need to doubt His provision because we have seen Him do so time and time again.
Our organizing over the weekend went well....but not nearly done!! We put a good dent into it though, so hopefully this coming weekend we will be able to finish it up. I will be happy when everything is in place and all is prepared for baby's arrival.
Now to think about something quick and easy for supper......can't wait till hubby is home tonight!

  1. Oh my, if it is not one thing it is another - you have certainly had quite a year. As you say the Lord knows your circumstance and He has a plan...it is just so hard sometimes to sit back and let Him get to it (well for me a lot of times). But He has provided for you before and will again.
It must be difficult for you to try to rest and keep the 3 children happy and content - I think they are going to miss their school time and things to do but you all need a break.
Glad to hear your organizing is going okay and good that you should have it finished by this weekend. That little one just might come a bit early - maybe that was the reason for the contractions....but not for a bit yet.
Take care my dear - I think about you and your sweet family every day ... know you are in my prayers. I love checking in every day to see what you are up to. Give my love to the rest.

  2. There's a certain hill that we take in our Jeep that I'm sure would help things along when time gets close.:) Seriously, we are praying for you all and the situation at hand with the insurance. We are so thankful how the Lord has blessed and provided for your family through all these past months and know He will continue to bless!
